What is Joy Parenting Club?
Joy Parenting Club provides easy access to Parent Coaches who offer trusted online resources and support for non-emergency parenting questions. Topics include understanding your baby’s sleep patterns, common breastfeeding questions, and guidance on helping siblings adjust to a new baby at home.
Parent Coaches curate month-by-month resources that grow with your child, including videos and articles designed for busy parents. As a Joy member, you’ll also receive exclusive discounts on trusted baby and household brands in The Joy Shop.
You can ask questions from the newborn stage through age five. Whether you’re looking for expert guidance or simply need a friendly ear to listen, a Parent Coach is here to support you.

How do I access my Bella Baby photos on the Joy app?
- Visit m.joy.co/join or your device’s app store to download the app to your device.
- Register with the telephone number entered in the Billing section of your order. This ensures that your membership is linked correctly.
- A banner will appear at the top of the homepage indicating your photos are ready to download.
- Click on "Learning" and then "Memories" to access the photos.
- The images will scroll and clicking on the image opens the whole folder. Click on the individual images to share or save to your phone.
I noticed a new charge from Joy Parenting Club. What is this charge?
If you noticed a recent charge, it is likely related to a Joy Parenting Club membership that was included with your initial purchase. Memberships automatically renew on a quarterly or annual basis, depending on the option selected with your Bella Baby package.

I want to purchase my photos, but will not use the membership. Can I order a package without it?
We encourage all of our clients to give Joy a try as they are included in many of our packages that are deeply discounted. However, if you are not interested in taking advantage of Joy we offer some packages that do not include the membership.
