Requirements

Comfort around newborns and willingness to learn how to safely pick up, handle, and soothe newborns

Openness to learn manual mode (aperture priority may be allowed at select locations)

Comfort working in a remote digital environment, including actively responding to emails and messages, participating in virtual meetings, and accessing customer galleries and online training.

Professional demeanor and reliability

DSLR or mirrorless camera with at least 18 megapixels

Portrait lens between 24-50 mm lens or equivalent prime lens

Laptop capable of running Adobe Lightroom Classic (16GB RAM, 512GB storage)

How we work
-
Each morning, photographers receive a list of families to visit
-
They greet families, see who is interested in photos, and schedule 15–20 minute lifestyle sessions around the baby’s feeding schedule

Photographers edit images using Lightroom Classic and return later to show families their photos and assist with ordering

Families have up to two weeks to order, and they receive a discount when they purchase in the hospital
